Refund policy

The order can be cancelled by emailing us at traditionalimage@outlook.com within 24 hours after placing it. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or despatched. No refund or exchange will be facilitated in such circumstance.

Wrong received products can be returned or exchanged. The customer has to contact us via email. Please ensure that product is not used, and it must be in its original condition and packaging with tags. Untagged or worn clothes will NOT be acceptable for returns or exchange.

Please note that custom stitched orders cannot be returned or refunded as suits stitched on customer measurements are not of any use for another customer.

Request for exchange (unstitched and readymade items) should be received within 24 hours of placing an order via email. Time of exchange will depend upon the availability of the desired product and it will normally be taken as a new order with the same timeline.
